What will I have to pay for the attorney’s services in a real estate transaction?

In a real estate transaction, for residential property, the costs of an attorney can often be the same as any title company in town, a flat fee. Unless you’re engaging that attorney to go above and beyond what a standard title company would do, then you’ll have no additional legal fees. If you’re buying commercial property, the cost of your attorney can be much higher, depending on what other documents are being prepared or reviewed by your attorney and also what level of assistance you’re seeking.
