Find out if they work with an attorney, get their name, call them, and have a conversation with them. If you don’t have the advantage of that or working with your realtor or working with someone else that your friend or family has worked with do a standard Google search and look for real estate attorneys in the area where you’re buying the property and read their reviews, read what other clients have had to say about them.
