I recently refinanced my home and used GulfAtlantic Title & Appraisal to close my loan. I have to say they were tremendously professional, easy to work with and extremely accommodating to my schedule. They were willing to stay after hours to ensure my needs were number one. I have dealt with other Title Agencies before but none that were as through and professional. The Title Agent took her time, explained every part of the loan and terms so that I completely understood and left without any questions. They also ensured I had a contact name and number in case I had any additional questions, of which I did. I cannot say thank you enough for taking what often is a stressful non pleasant situation and turning it into a great experience!
