Create signatures<\/h4>\n

  1. Open Gmail<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the \"\" gear in the top right.<\/li>\n
  3. Select Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Scroll down to the \u201cSignature\u201d section and enter your new signature text in the box. You can format your text using the buttons directly above the text box.

    This information is for the Gmail app for Android 2.2-2.3.<\/div>\n

    You can append one or a few lines of plain text to every message you send from your phone, such as your name, contact information, or even \u201cSent from my phone.\u201d<\/p>\n

    This signature is independent of any signature you append to messages you send from Gmail on the web.<\/p>\n
