For those people we recommend the following 2 methods:<\/p>\n<h2>Method 2: Visit Your Page Roles to see if there is an invite waiting to be responded to in the Agency section:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/localwebdesigncompany.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/102\/2017\/08\/Facebook-Agency-Roles.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"745\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-591\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Method 3: Give one of our staff Admin access under the User Roles so we can give ourselves Agency access:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/localwebdesigncompany.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/102\/2017\/08\/Facebook-Access-Method-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1388\" height=\"908\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-590\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Method 4: Try giving access from the Facebook mobile app instead of the website<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/business\/help\/community\/question\/?id=10153430904153785\">From the Facebook Forum<\/a>: I had no luck on my desktop but used the Facebook app for iPhone to add roles (Page Manager).<\/p>\n<p>Please note that due to Facebook Terms of Service, we cannot post on your behalf until we have proper &#8220;Agency&#8221; access, not &#8220;User&#8221; access.\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We find that some of our customers never receive email or Facebook notification of us requesting access (Method 1).
