Especially with the downturn of the economy, they upped the ante and worked endlessly to ensure my client’s were treated with the utmost care. Together, we have been able to save numerous clients from foreclosure when many other title companies would have just let the deals fall apart. They have always been committed to getting the client’s closing done on time. Their connections with attorney’s & lender’s have also been beneficial in difficult transactions that could have just gone to another bank as a bank owned. As a realtor, we tend to work with many title companies, but as far as my listings go, I always send them to GulfAtlantic Title & Appraisal because I know my clients will be well taken care of.
