I had a closing there with a small issue that came up last minute (nothing to do with the title company). The closing agent grabbed an attorney in the same plaza, which they have a good relationship with, and he came running over to help resolve the situation.<\/p>\n

Highly recommend! Closing was smooth and actually early because of holidays, instead of waiting until afterwards which worked best for both seller and buyer. Even with a delay in HOA approval, they got it closed as promised. Great experience which is hard to find in these difficult times. Reasonable closing fees as well.<\/p>\n
